For those unable to visit us in person, we custom make bats and can supply equipment by mail order. For further details and prices, please contact us. As with the bat fittings, there is no premium charged for this service, we work out the specification with you, give you an idea of timescale then dispatch by trackable carrier as soon as the bat is complete. As you are always speaking to the actual makers, this is a hugely successful way to obtain something really very special. Equipment orders are generally dispatched within the week if in stock.
Although we have an online shop, our service fits well with bespoke orders and, we feel, with putting your faith in a mail order purchase. Speaking to and emailing real people manufacturing within a family business can sometimes beat looking through a whole website trying to find hidden contact details. Bespoke bats can have long lead times, but we can often help with last minute requests and specials – just give us a call.
Overseas custom mail order
As we still are not able to supply stockists overseas in any significant numbers, we make more and more individual bat orders for players overseas. If we are shipping outside of the EU then our prices are duty (VAT) free which helps offset carriage charges. Although these orders necessarily take a little longer than bats made during bat fittings, this is a wonderful opportunity to have Salix quality made especially for you irrespective of location. Custom vouchers
As gifts we can provide personalised vouchers to your nominated value, bat fitting invitation letters or part-made bats. The latter is especially unique as it enables you to give a novel present which then becomes the custom bat making experience.
